Queer & Neurodivergent Business Owners

A meetup for queer and neurodivergent business owners, freelancers, founders, and service providers who want connection, practical conversation, and support for making their businesses easier to run.

Connection Honesty
Support Practice
Learn together without corporate polish or shame.

What this space is for

Peer-centered business conversation for people who do not want to perform business polish to belong.

Peer connection

Meet other queer and neurodivergent people building businesses, freelancing, consulting, making, organizing, and figuring things out in real time.

Honest business conversation

Share what is working, talk honestly about what is hard, and name the parts of business ownership that are confusing, tiring, or weirdly lonely.

Practical support

Support each other in making businesses easier to run, with room for plain-language systems, tools, workflows, boundaries, and experiments that fit real humans.

Possible event types

Different formats for connection, learning, and getting unstuck together.

Free networking and discussion

Low-pressure space to meet people, trade notes, ask questions, and talk about the practical side of running a business.

Brain-dump-to-action-plan workshops

Bring a messy business thought, project, process, or admin knot and turn it into a calmer first plan.

Systems, tools, and workflow sessions

Learn and experiment with practical systems, forms, spreadsheets, automations, documentation, and tool choices.

Coworking and body-doubling

Gentle shared work time for tasks that are easier to start when other people are quietly doing their work too.

Show-and-tell for what is working

Share a tool, checklist, workflow, boundary, or tiny improvement that made your business a little easier to carry.

Peer problem-solving

Talk through everyday stuck points with people who understand that business advice needs to fit your brain, values, capacity, and actual life.

What this is not

Not a sales pitch, lead trap, or guru room.

Mathist Consulting hosts and organizes this space, but the group is not a sales funnel. It is okay if people discover Mathist Consulting through the events, and it is also okay if they are only there for community.

These events are for peer connection and practical business conversation. They are not legal advice, tax advice, accounting or bookkeeping, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.

It is not business advice from a guru, and it is not a place where people have to act polished, certain, productive, or endlessly upbeat to belong.

Upcoming events

Events will be linked here once scheduled.

There are no public event dates listed here yet. When the next Queer & Neurodivergent Business Owners meetup, workshop, or coworking session is scheduled, this section will be updated with the details.
